Hitting a sheep on a mountain bike at full tilt. No sheep were harmed in the making of this movie (although the rider suffered scrapes and bruises... That'll be me then...)

Filmed 25 June 2009. Riding that evening were Steve (up front), Martin (in shot), myself (on stunt duty) and Gareth (bringing up the rear).

Mountain Biking Around Painscastle

Mountain biking in the hills around Painscastle, near Hay on Wye, with a bunch of good people :-)

The ride lasted a total of 6hrs, was over a marathon in distance and had a total altitude climb of almost 4,500ft - greater than climbing from sea level to the summit of Ben Nevis!
